The staff were super friendly and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. My room was perfect for one person, with a good-sized bathroom. The place was clean and had everything I needed. It’s close to a tram network and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Definitely would stay again! 😊

The shower was fantastic, but the room felt cramped for two people.

missingWrote a review on 15 Novsmelly airsoft bed
The bed in the room was way too soft, and I could swear it had indentations from previous guests! Also, the air conditioner smelled very unpleasent, like an old vacuum cleaner that really needs a wash. And somehow, I expected an upgrade or a welcome gift for my stay, but no one even seemed to care, just sad.

I stayed one night at Apa Hotel Hatchobori Ekiminami. Super close to Tokyo Station, and the room matched the pictures-very tiny but cute! Lots of amenities like toiletries and comfy PJs, but the bed wasn’t the best. Decent for a short stay!

missingWrote a review on 27 Octsmallfrustrating
Rooms are extremely small, leaving little room to maneuver, especially with luggage. The tap in the bathroom is frankly frustrating. its design isn’t intuitive at all, making for an oddly disappointing experience. Additionally, bed comfort varies significantly. I could barely fit my suitcase open on the floor without worrying about tripping over it, and the lack of storage for clothes with no cupboard space is a real oversight.

The staff was helpful, assisting me with my lost wallet and ready to communicate in English. I enjoyed the clean and organized room, and the shower was fantastic. The hotel is only a few minutes from Hatchobori Station 🛁

missingWrote a review on 26 Augcozy bedstrong wificlean roomsmall bathroomnoisy corridor
The bed in my room felt cozy, and the WiFi connection was solid throughout my stay. I appreciated the laundry facilities, which were handy after long days. The hotel features a good breakfast option with healthy choices like salad and salmon. My room, a Single Room, Non-Smoking, was clean and had all the essentials. Some areas for improvement include the bathroom, which was quite small and might feel cramped for taller guests. Also, the noise levels from the corridor staff could be disruptive at times, especially late at night. Overall, the hotel served my needs adequately, but some adjustments would enhance the experience.

great location but staff communication needs improvement
The hotel's location is excellent, just minutes from three metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are consistently clean, which is a big plus after long days out. I also appreciated the fantastic shower facilities that provided a refreshing start to my day. During my stay, my clean and organized room had all the essentials I needed, ensuring comfort in a small space.
However, the reception staff's limited English proficiency made communication challenging.

Just a smart choice for a short stayover in Tokyo with value for price. The laundry machines were handy, though I had some trouble with getting the right change. Make sure to bring your own toiletries, as they only provide essentials.

Perfect spot for exploring Tokyo!
The location was super convenient for getting around! I loved being just a short walk from the fish market and kabuki theater. The breakfast at the restaurant was also a nice surprise—healthy options were really refreshing! Space in the room was tight, which wasn’t ideal with luggage everywhere.
